The business covers real estate development, manufacturing of precast concrete components, consulting services for infrastructure engineering, civil engineering, municipal engineering, earthworks construction, mechanical & electrical engineering, and etc.

Singapore Branch was established in 2008 and has been certified with the highest grading of A1 in General Building registration, B2 in Civil Engineering registration, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and bizSAFE star rating. Projects undertaken include HDB Punggol West C17, Sengkang N2C42, Sembawang N1C6&C12, and Hwa Chong Institution etc.
